Juan Carlos Vargas

Juan Carlos Vargas is the Founder and President of G.O.A.T. Football Group, a leading force in youth soccer development. Born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Riverdale, Prince George's County, Maryland, Juan Carlos is a proud alumnus of Bladensburg High School, where he excelled as a standout player on the Varsity Soccer Team. He has seamlessly combined his lifelong passion for soccer with a dedication to excellence in the sports and finance industries.

As a dedicated soccer coach, Juan Carlos holds a U.S. Soccer D License and is set to earn his C License in 2025. He currently serves as the Varsity Head Coach at College Park Academy (CPA), where he led the CPA Boys Varsity team to the 2024 Regional Championship and was selected to coach the West Team at the 2024 P.G. County Senior All-Star Game.

In addition to his team coaching success, Juan Carlos is a certified Sports Performance Coach. He has interned and trained under a nationally recognized Strength & Conditioning Coach and continues to expand his expertise through advanced certifications in sports performance.

Juan Carlos boasts an impressive academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Finance & Sports Management from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park. A committed educator, he is also a university professor at New York University (NYU), where he ​mentors and empowers the next generation of leaders in sports.

As the Founder & CEO of V10 Sport, an innovative soccer apparel brand, Juan Carlos leverages his extensive industry experience, including roles with the NFLPA, NBA, and WBD (Bleacher Report). Through V10 Sport, he combines his entrepreneurial vision with his love for soccer to inspire young athletes to achieve their fullest potential both on and off the field.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Juan Carlos is a devoted father to three children: G. Carlos (3), G. Itzel (2), and G. Eduardo (8 months). A passionate supporter of Club Deportivo Guadalajara "Chivas" in the Mexican Liga MX, he draws inspiration for the G.O.A.T. Football brand from his favorite team, embodying its values of passion, excellence, and resilience.

Juan Carlos's journey is a testament to his ability to merge athletic and professional achievements, making him a dynamic leader in youth sports and a driving force in the development of the next generation of soccer talent.

Coach Ingrid serves as the Director of the Early Childhood Soccer Introduction Program, bringing her passion for education and love for soccer together to create an enriching experience for young players.

With over 9 years of experience in working with young children, Ingrid is well-equipped to foster a safe and engaging environment that encourages both learning and fun. As an Early Childhood Special Teacher, she understands the unique needs of each child, ensuring that all participants feel included and valued in the program.

Ingrid holds certifications in:

- Early Childhood Education (PreK-3rd)

- Special Education (Infants-Adult)

Her expertise and dedication make her a vital asset to the program, empowering the next generation of soccer enthusiasts to develop their skills and confidence on the field.

Community Relations Coordinator and Volunteer Coach

Coach Paris

Paris is G.O.A.T. Football Group's Community Relations Coordinator and Volunteer Coach for the Baby/Little Goats soccer program, where she combines her passion for soccer with a commitment to fostering community engagement. A standout athlete, she was a member of the high school varsity soccer team at College Park Academy and has demonstrated leadership as a student ambassador. Paris is also a proud member of the National Honor Society, showcasing her dedication to academic excellence.

With ambitious aspirations, Paris aims to attend prestigious institutions such as Yale or Georgetown University, with a goal of becoming a hematologist oncologist. Her drive and commitment to both sports and education inspire young players in the Baby/Little Goats program, making a lasting impact on their lives on and off the field.
